Radiant tube is the“heart” part of energy-efficient in the heating furnace. Theheating element or gas is closed in the radiant tube body, electrifying heating element or burning gas, then supplied tohearth, processing parts and blank through indirect radiation heatin the radiant tube shell. Radiant tube shell is made of corrosionresistant, heat resisting and alloy material. W-type, U-type ,single end-type radiant tubes and fin shaped tube are made bycentrifugal casting, gold processing and welding. Then meeting thedesign requirements through ultrasonic inspection, X-ray detection, pressure test. It has the advantages of high heatintensity, tight closure, antioxidation, anti-carburization, thintube wall, warming quickly and uniformly, high radiant efficiency,energy saving and safe andreliable.
